- "We stayed in a suite, it was roomy but the curtains were full of holes, the tv movie programming didn't work, half of the vending machines were out of order, the sauna wasn't on during advertised hours, the maid woke us up at 8:45am, my companion left her computer on a chair in the lobby and no one noticed or called the phone number I left as part of our reservation. She had to drive back from Niwot (a 4 hour round trip) because no one made any effort to contact me after they found her computer. The bartender asked me if I wanted to make my drink a "double" but neglected to mention that it would cast twice the price (not a normal practice, especially when it is offered as an upgrade, $11 for a rum and coke?). So....although it was a great price, the hotel seems to be in very poor condition, lot's of stuff doesn't work (oh yeah, the in-room ice machine didn't work and the other stuff in teh kitchenette made intermittant noises that woke us several times in the night), it just doesn't seem like anyone is paying attention to any of the details that would make all the difference. This property has so much potential. You're probably sorry you asked."

- "Failed window units in room (foggy); no microwave in room as was stated on booking.com's sheet of amenities; small tv; bed and pillows not that comfortable."
