Sergio is fascinating to talk to and it's easy as he speaks English very well. For that reason alone it's great to stay there. The location is wonderful and within walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay there again."

- "I was unable to print my departing boarding pass as they don't have a printer!!"

- "The hotel needs total renovation. Things are falling apart including toilets and shower handles. Rooms are noicie and no comfort at all. Verry Low budjet. The staff does it best. It seams Owner does not care about guest comfort. There are better deals in other hotels in Easter Island. I would not stay there ."

- "Good location just off the main street. Amazing views from restaurant at breakfast. Delicious pancakes fro breakfast. Helpful staff. Loved the communal living room for internet - met lots of wonderful people. Great room, I had a sea view - spacious, very clean, hot water. The lock on my door broke - the hotel paid for me to have dinner in a local restaurant as compensation(I was more than happy with this). They arranged tours for me. No complaints. Great 6 days in Easter Island."
