- "Room was clean. Good location. Good view from our window. Clean breakfast area. Attentive staff."

- "Attic room assigned to us was up 7 flights of stairs with no elevator. Trying dragging bags up there. We were lucky and only had 2 small bags. Also, there was no internet up there. We had to come down to the breakfast area every time we needed internet, which was extremely inconvenient considering the Everest climb back up."

- "Our problem was not with the Windsor guest house but with bookings.com. We arrived after driving from London only to find out we had no room booked at all. We had our confirmation number but apparently you didn't fax to reserve our room. As this is our honeymoon we were not happy at all. Thankfully there was 1 room available and we were able to stay at the hotel. Perhaps confirming bookings on your end in the future would avoid other travelers running into the same issues. The hotel itself was nice. Shower was a bit small, my husband is 6'3" and had some issues trying to take a shower. Also we just happened to have the only room with no phone which was annoying when we were trying to workout the issues above, but that was just our room."
