What did you like the most?: "the location is walking distance to the Roman Baths and Bath Abby etc. that was good. The linens were clean, beds okay."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and spilled alcohol, the drapes were hanging off the rod, the room was very tired and past due for painting, lots of dirty walls, the hot water was turned off in the morning meaning no showers."

What did you like the most?: "Not a lot. Poor service. No bedside lights. My friend's room had no hot water and a lavatory that did not flush."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "See above. Also when we arrived we could not check in until the young man had finished his cigarette outside. What sort of impression does that make?"

What did you like the most?: "Central location in Bath"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. Hotel needs re-decorating 2. It was a generally shabby with curtains hanging off hooks, light fittings not working etc 3. If you can't have beer pumps, the bar should stock bottles of ale, not just lager"

What did you like the most?: "Close to city - very easy to walk into town"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Undergoing renovation - no catering facilities and noisy workmen from early until after 7pm. Quite old fashioned look and limited facilities in bedrooms. Whilst out one day there were workmen in my room which I did not know about until my return, when I discovered they had left a master key in my door so anyone could have walked in!"
