What did you like the most?: "Hotel was in immaculate condition, room was better than advertised,
service was 4 star on all fronts (front desk, concierge, restaurant,
valet, drivers, et al)."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "No services available at Atlantic Beach, which is the only viable beach/swimming option at the hotel. Courtesy accommodations (shower/change after check-out) are offered only at the hotel's spa (across the street), and the minimal capacity of the same is shared with spa and its customers. Spa personnel were indifferent to our needs, and one of the staff members was outright and unnecessarily rude to us...which occurred during the final hours of our visit...leaving a lasting poor impression. The hotel should not utilize the spa as their source of courtesy accommodations.....said accommodations should be provided for/constructed somewhere in the body of the hotel, where the staff is accommodating and professional.The spa's accommodations were minimal and not air-conditioned."
