What did you like the most?: "Cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of staff. The restaurant food quality was excellent and waiting staff very efficient and friendly. The little gym was a welcome addition but could have done with a water cooler machine to rehydrate users."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Washbasin in room 308 would not store water which made shaving difficult. The lighting in the room was abysmal. Very dark which made even reading a paper difficult. The bathroom whilst luxurious, was not designed for anyone with any mobility issues. You had to be able to lift your leg high to access the bath and it was dangerous both getting into and out of the shower. The bar area on the ground floor was exceptionally noisy and busy and the only other alternative was to sit with your drink in the main foyer right beside reception and the entrance/exit of hotel which was cold."

What did you like the most?: "Great room with lovely comfortable super king bed and sea view from balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent position. Would definitely stay here again."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Corridors a little dark, could do with a bit more lighting."

What did you like the most?: "We enjoyed the comfort & quietness of the room ( the bed was hugh ) and
also the modern decor and location."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Sky Sports 2 was supposed to be available but wasn,t due to the management cancelling the subscription. This stopped me veiwing a sporting event I was looking forward to. I regard this as penny pinching and not in keeping with a 4 star hotel."
