What did you like the most?: "I have stayed before and felt very comfortable and safe, as I am a female traveling on my own, this is of great importance to me. My breakfast on the first occasion was excelient but on the last occasion not as good but still OK"

What did you like the most?: "Its proximity to the park where the southport firework show was taking
place and the shopping areas on Lord street."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The web site should be sued under the trade description act as should the hotel.It advertises luxurious rooms like they are standard on the web site. They are not all like it. The double bed in the room me and my partner stayed in was small and lumpy. The room is in desperate need of a modernising refurb. The so called spa which it advertises in the lift as a hotel facility (which is used by staff to move furniture/laundry etc) according to reception staff doesnt even belong to the hotel and is a private concern that guests now have to pay a day membership for if they want to use it. Check out time is 10am. On the day we stayed breakfast was served til 10am. How can you have breakfast at 0930 if you have to be out of your room by 10am??? The food quality at breakfast was of a very poor standard. Having paid over £90 to stay ther for 1 night in a double room I know we were ripped off big style. I will never use this hotel chain again. The car park for the hotel was woefully small. I was lucky to get a space. Some guests that came after me at check in time (3pm) were not so lucky)"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "no hangers for trousers noisy in the suite next room first night slamming doors in middle of night no rails for towels in bathroom basin blocked plug hole"
