and good dining service. Easy check-in. Good towels and bath-robes. Spa." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No tea-making facilities. No pen/pencil/paper by telephone. No convenient parking. Bed sagged in the middle - need to turn the mattresses. Blankets should be replaced by duvet. Out-dated bathroom. Check-in could be earlier. 350% mark-up on bottle of table wine ( £40 for Chilean merlot that retails for less than £9). Food portions too small."

- "Room main was looking tired The bathroom tile floor had black stains The bath taps were dripping The bath plughole was rusty The carpet where it met the tiled floor of the bathroom was frayed The TV was very small and kept cutting out every 5 minutes Can get better rooms for less than half the price in Bath The rooms let the staff down -- upgrade required now!!"
