- "The Place Apartment Hotel was my first experience of an apartment hotel, and it was wonderful. The facilities, staff, ambience, geographical location were all excellent. I am very pleased with myself that I found this place. Whenever I return to Manchester I will be staying here again."

- "Spacious apartment, good facilities, good location. Cleaning/room servicing was good, swift and discrete. The gym was empty and had enough machines to keep me busy. The staff were all polite and helpful."

- "The loud piped music in the eating area. The apartment was a little dark. More lighting would have been good. The beds were comfortable but too hot because of the plastic undersheet."
