What did you like the most?: "If I am being honest best thing about it was the friendlyness of the lady that checked us in.. Location ok.. and thats it."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I am not really fussy but this place was in dyer need of a make over and a scrub. Carpets were filthy on the stairs, rooms were in poor condition bed linen was poor and bathroom was old and musty. Lady said there would be breakfast of toast, tea and cerial but we did not have any as when I checked out the hygiene standards they were unsatisfactory. I think this place with could be great if it had a makeover. I would not recommed this place to anyone."

What did you like the most?: "We booked this hotel for a one night as we were visiting my son who lives in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester (400 Metres away). When we arrived in the afternoon the receptionist seemed surprised to learn that we had a booking. But this was soon sorted out and it turned out to be a clerical oversight, she was most apologetic. We explained that we would not be back until later in the evening, there is 24 hr reception cover so this was not a problem. Returned to hotel around 11pm. Room (19) was clean, bright and comfortable Metro stop just down road ideal for links to city centre."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I formed the impression that the hotel was being used by the local authority to house people who were on social housing waiting lists. The bed was very creaky as was the door to the room. The room was sold to us as en-suite though this wasn't strictly true as the toilet and shower were shared between rooms 18 and 19 (but 18 vacant at the time). There were no fire instructions on the rear of the door to the room (that I could see), and as this room was in the attic space it would have been difficult to escape in the event of a fire."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Curtains hanging off rail in room, may have been unlucky with choice of date since party of youngsters also staying at hotel who arrived back after partying at about 3.00am and due to the door/key access to rooms caused a lot of door slamming and noise which awoke us so didn't get a restful sleep before our journey home by car, but hotel should be great for youngsters - we're over 60!"
