- "In general everything is fine. Only a few minor things as mentioned below."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bed is a bit too soft and the air exhauster in both toliets are a bit noisy. The pathway to the carpark is very narrow and you have to be very careful."

- "It was within easy reach of the city centre and local facilities. Bedrooms comfy and good bathrooms. Nice to have free wireless internet. Dogs allowed."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We asked during booking whether we would need extra beds as we are a couple with 2 children who would not wish to sleep in the same bed. I was told that as the flat had 4 beds this would not be a problem. However we arrived to find 2 double beds. The owners wished to charge us £15 a night for an extra bed. We felt this was unacceptable a) because we had been given the wrong information and b) because £15 a night is a lot to pay for what was essentially a camp bed. The sofas in the lounge were uncomfortable and the kitchen lacked a few basics like oven trays and a cheese grater. There was a lot of rubbish in the yard as well which could have been cleared before our arrival."
