- "The room was warm and the only good thing was the shower and toilet although even that was shared.."

- "The room was too small and smelt fusty. Neither the towels nor the tea and coffee were replenished on the second day, nor had the room been cleaned. There was no teatowel to dry the crockery. I had not received the text message with the access codes when I arrived at 2.30 p.m. and had to ring up for them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and of little use at all. The T.V. reception was constantly breaking up. The room overlooked the Railway station platform with trains stopping with engines running."

- "IT had its own Fridge and Microwave so I was able to bye food and cook it myself which saved me the expense of eating in in resurants or Takeaways."

- "The bed was a bit small and creeked until I put soap on it's joints to stop it."
