"Location"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The hotel is terrible. Unclean, no towels, heating constantly on, windows help open with coat hangers, a room flooded from upstairs as we sat in it, no running cold water in the taps, toilets not working, the state of the fire exit (full of used sheets, cigarettes and other things) and to top it all BED BUGS!"

What did you like the most?
"Ok the pros. It was cheep, located near the city centre, the. Receptionist let me check in half an hour early, there's an Internet cafe right by reception, Manchester Arena and Piccadilly station were both within walking distance so I didn't have to take a taxi anywhere."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Ok the cons and there are a few of them. First of all the entrance to the hotel was located up an alley, which even in the day made me nervous. Then once I was inside I had to pass decorators who left their things just lieing about or blocking the way. Now for the room. The room itself looked clean I'll admit, but it was poorly lit thanks to a building opposite my room stopping the majority of the sunlight getting in. The bed was rock hard. it had a small chest of drawers with one of the handles broken on it. The bathroom was much worse though. The floor was old and stained, the shower was small and the nossel was held on with tape. Finally breakfast. I had a choice of six cereals, four drinks and toast and that was it. Dispite all this it was not a bad stay as I only stayed for one night, but would not recommend for any longer than two or three nights"

What did you like the most?
"The staff were pleasant"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Everything! The room was dirty, the floor was coming up in the bathroom, the breakfast is not continental and you have to cook your own toast, there was painting and renovations going on that I was not made aware of. Total rubbish!"
