"Perfectly located directly at the Mission Beach. Had a room with a great view of the ocean. Bed was large and very comfortable. All was clean and tidy. Would definetily recommend this place where to stay to enjoy the wonderful Mission Beach."

What did you like the most?: "Perfectly located directly at the Mission Beach. Had a room with a great view of the ocean. Bed was large and very comfortable. All was clean and tidy. Would definetily recommend this place where to stay to enjoy the wonderful Mission Beach."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room keys were initially not working. So I had to go back to the front desk twice till they got it fixed. Then on the day of departure the keys expired at 11am without being informed. Wanted to go back to the room at 11.20am to pack my things. As the key didn't work anymore I had to go the reception again to have it reloaded. However, this key wasn't working again. So back to front desk again as it was on the day of arrival. Despite the key card issue a great place to stay with a great value for money."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "the hotel is not well maintained. the sheets and towels are quite old the bathroom is miniscule and is almost impossible to bathe"

What did you like the most?: "Most of the staff were really nice and a few we're not. Pet friendly and great restaurants. Andy and Louis were so great. Gabriel also. Thank you all"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Smell of the rooms. Maid did not supply us with enough soap or cups. Sofa beds are awful."

What did you like the most?: "Location, location, location. Right on the beach. The staff was great. The price was excellent for being right on the beach. You can sit on your balcony and watch the waves, surfers, breathtaking sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming in the waves every morning & the pelicans fishing."
