What did you like the most?
"Nicely centered in city. Hotel has quite a number of useful amenities."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Did not understand the billing when I got home. Did not know that I would find an extra $100 billed just incase I spent/used extra hotel money/stuff. Had not been explained so I freaked out when I saw it at home. It was not promised, but would have liked complimentary airport travel."

What did you like the most?
"I was able to take my dog, it was close to downtown. The welcoming
reception upon arival. Despite not having sugar to complete my in room
coffee the woman who brought up the coffee and sugar was very pleasant
and accomodating - Shame the two folks who checked me out didn't
have her disposition."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"There was no fridge in the room that worked and had a note on it, please call guest services - I did and after two and half hours of being told a fridge would be sent up... Nothing. I called again - bring your items down to the front desk and we will put them in our fridge. I took my items down to be placed in the hotel fridge and the man on the front desk stated that was not hotel policy and even if it was they had no access to the fridge, however they now had a fridge and it would be sent up... By 23:30 and waiting another hour I went to bed - I did get a fridge the next morning. No pen in the room - no sugar in the coffee/tea making facilities. I extended my stay, went down to the front desk to re-check in... All was good the following morning got a call to say I should have checked out - went down to the front desk and after showing them a copy of the receipt on my cell phone the fax confirmation was found. Trying to leave the parking garage my card had elapsed and after what seemed forever to get out and several calls on the intercome and being told "do not keep taking tickets" - I had not taken one ticket... Checking out I had a question on the bill and went back to check - The woman who had checked me out was busy and I was assisted by a man (the woman asked him what was wrong and he replied Nothing is wrong you did everything right) he proceeded to print out all of the billing for my stay seven pages - I was originally given two pages for one night... How was what I was originally given right. The two people who checked me out did not have the necessary customer service skills to be on the front desk. I don't want to go on vacation and be addressed in a sharp abbraisive manner. Putting sir into a sentence does not make it polite and courteous. I really wanted to address the mans attititude however there were other people about and I was on a schedule."

What did you like the most?
"Living in the clouds on the cheap; we were on the 24th floor! Reception at checkout said "Wow! someone gave you one heck of a deal", We were quite aware of that already."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Food prices above our budget but that was anticipated at such a luxury Hotel. We had specifically asked before leaving home about room amenities such as microwave, coffee maker and hair drier and were told they were not provided when in fact THEY WERE."
