- "The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in."

- "There was only one out of four elevators in use at times. I had to take the stairs most of the time. The noise was loud and out of control. There were kids playing hockey in the hallway, and the parents sitting in their chairs drinking, while watching their kids play hockey (TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE). The hotel manager and staff did everything in their power to make us happy, but the kids were OUT OF CONTROL. I will not stay there again because of that."

- "1) At check-in I received a Starwood p g room, but had to stand in line again when I realized the clerk did not ask for my number. (He thanked me for reminding him.) 2) I was unaware (and surprised) that on a sunday morning the Starwood Lounge stopped serving at 9 am and I arrived at 9:05. The attendant would not allow me a plate despite lots of food left. ("If I did it for you, I'd have to do it for everyone") , though I was the only one there. Nor would she let me have a cup of coffee. when I said I'd just bring some oatmeal back to my wife in our room, she gave me--very grudgingly--a plate, not a bowl. This experience of someone using NO COMMON SENSE soured my whole stay. 3) 3 of 4 elevators were out of service, also the ice machine on our floor."

- "The room was very spacious and the breakfast buffet was excellent."

- "We had a bad experience on our check in at 1:00am midnight, we drive 7 hours from Niagara falls to Boston, with 3 kids in the car , and at our check in they say they don't have our reservation in records, andddd they don't have any room available for us, I was in chock. I Call inmediatly to booking.com the girl at costumer service was very good and inmediatly star looking for another hotel for us. Finally after 45 minutes complain they found a room for us, the rooms was very good and the rest of the service good also, but I never forget the bad experience at our check in. May recomendation for other travelers, after you make the reservation thru booking.com call the hotel and confirm they have your reservation on they records and also notify the late arrival (that way they don't sale your room for somebody else)."
