What did you like the most?: "The staff was wonderful. Our room was large enough for our two young
children to spread out with their toys without being in the way. It was
clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there again!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We didn't have enough towels in our room for a family of four to all shower even though we had made reservations well in advance, but they were brought to us within a few minutes of our request. As for the safe charge, the info regarding that charge (and the option to have it removed) is clearly stated on the check in paperwork. (Just a few identifying questions on one page.) We were also asked at check out if we had used it."

What did you like the most?: "The inn is clean, quiet and centrally located. The price was very reasonable and although they do not offer breakfast there is a Dunkin Donuts next door in easy walking distance. Generally a good experience and good value for the money."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We stayed 5 nights. I would have thought they would automatically put us on the ground floor, but they didn't and when we got there, there were not ground floor rooms available. Partially my fault for not requesting it, but most hotels do give priority to long term clients. There is no elevator, so although we are both fit and able to do steps, I don't know what they would have done if we couldn't make the steps. The young lady at check in did offer to carry out suitcases upstairs. At checkout when I looked at the bill they had charged us $1.50 a day for use of the safe in the room. When I asked about it and said we didn't use the safe, she immediately removed it from the bill...but had I not asked I would have been charged the $7.50 for something I didn't use."
