What did you like the most?: "Like a home away from home, very comforting place to be and spacious."

What did you like the most?: "The veiws from the balcony were amazing, at 1 point there were 15 people in the room, and it was not crowded at all, if ur stayin in the 2bed, i suggest u opt in for the duplex"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I didnt like that i had to leave"

What did you like the most?: "Very convenient location, great apartment, very clean, good size, nice little balcony, good facilities in rooms."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Nobody answers the telephone (was on hold for 10mins with no response), passcode for the door didnt work, nobody working on reception, keys left in a safe at reception (which my code also didn't work for) begs the question that can other guests get into this safe and just take all of the keys?"

What did you like the most?: "Excellent location close to canal, restaurants and city centre. Outstanding rooms with views over city. Would definitely stay there again when in Birmingham."
