- "There are a few policies that are terrible -- (1) you have to pay for the entire stay upfront, which I did not know about in advance, and was ebarassed when I did not have room on my various credit cards to accommodate an enormous bill that I planned for my company to authorize payment later during my stay and (2) there is a mandatory "resort" fee of $10 per day per room which my company won't pay since it looks like a luxury expense (it is internet and workout room, neither or which I needed but I was not permitted to decline it), so I had to pay it myself. The manager ended up removing it for me, on her own initative, so it was all good in the end, but involved unnecessary stress and effort to get there. Great manager, though!"

- "This hotel was very modern, location was great. Close to bourbon street and located on a very quite block. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again."

- "The room could have been cleaned better. There was coffee spilled all over our hotel room door and it remained there for our entire stay."
