- "Friedlyness of personel - Jason, Alan and Ula. Kitchen very useful. Large outdoor area - comfortable and nice to talk with other people. Internet access. Laundry. Area seems safe. Restaurants and services not too far. Easy access to house."

- "Small private rooms - no real comfort for the additional money. Dorms are better. Small toilet. A bit crowded for the total inside space. Not in downtown - you need to take the bus or bike to get to the Vieux Carre, but not too far."

- "The building itself could be made nice. The pictures are deceiving and
it needs a remodel desperately. And it was so dirty throughout. The
price was more than fair for a bed and shower in a big city but charge
$10 more, buy some decent beds, mattresses, pillows, and linen that is
not threadbare. I've slept in skanky 3rd world hotels and felt less
fearful of bedbugs or nasty fungus from the showers. Location is decent
and within walking distance of town during daylight hours." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Very dirty. Indifference to customer concerns. Very casual about professionalism. Not well-marked. No street number visible so I walked past it several times before guessing. Neighborhood gets a bit scary at night."

- "The staff was unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. I booked one private bedroom with two beds but he transferred me to a dorm with 6 beds and 1 light bulb, can you believe that? One bulb for one room and nothing else. The price was ridiculous high, $130 for two nights in a very bad location: no restaurants, no bus, no bar etc ... I don't know why this so called hostel can get 7.5 mark on booking.com, it worths -1000 mark in my opinion."
