- "Stayed 3 nights and could not sleep all night because the Bars were open tell 5AM and the noise was so loud , impossible to sleep tell after 5AM. Had room on the Bourbon Street side of Hotel."

- "The staff was great! The rooms were very clean! It was close to everything!!!"

- "Breakfast on 'exclusive' 7th floor was disappointing. Scrambled egg and bacon was cold. Juice was provided in plastic cups on first morning. Hot water for tea was lukewarm, even when replaced."
