Is there anything you didn't like?: "We had one evening meal at the Restaurant. The food was lovely but the side of veges arrived when we had nearly finished our mains. The lift is too small."

the railway station- no need for taxi."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were really fab, the place was very clean, the food was great, the consideration of my gluten intolerance was much appreciated. The room was lovely and quiet. Free DVDs were appreciated. food was excellent and good value for money. The location couldn't be bettered, right in the hub of beautiful Bath.Staff made a big difference, every single one of them was so chirpy and positive, made the stay even more pleasant."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The free WiFi was a bit of a con cos we couldnt get it to work, despite friendly helpful attempts from staff! Possibly a key factor if we were working.I was very grateful to get a parking space, but aware that i was lucky cos there were only 6. Would by far prefer duvets to blankets, tho i know its harder to change. Bigger tele would be nice! But overall, the pros far outweighed the cons and we fully intend to come again."
