What did you like the most?: "helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, great rooms"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "location - easy enough to get into city centre by bus / taxi but the hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate so not much within walking distance in the way of food / pubs. Lone female travellers wanting to walk from hotel might find location a bit offputting at night"

What did you like the most?: "The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good as there are bus stops outside and nearby to take you into both Gateshead and Newcastle."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The staff don't stay at the hotel overnight so there were no controls over the morons who rampaged through the place at 4.30 in the morning. If you want to sleep then perhaps this isn't the place for you."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "unfortunately our room was really dirty. bathroom floor was sticky and disgusting;"
