What did you like the most?: "Location was good for me, room comfortable, good breakfast, bat and good value evening meals."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Shower was poor, door lock didn't work properly, no remote so couldnt turn the tv on."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were very helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel would of been fine back in the 80's. The Room was not very clean, there was bits on the carpets that were not ours so it hadn't had a proper hoover. The bathroom was clean on the surface but if you looked closer it wasn't. The beds were itchy, my hubby and I itched all night... The curtains were dusty, hubby sneezed all night. Wall are paper thin, you can hear everything next door, even turning on the light switch. So a good nights sleep is not going to happen here. We were on a ground floor room, right outside our room was a seating area and this is where everyone who smoked came and sat and drank, very loud and again not much chance of a good nights sleep."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "an inconsiderate party in the room next door in the early hours - so noisy and had little sleep before an event the following day, but hey ho we've all done it."

What did you like the most?: "The staff - as indeed the vast majority of people in Newcastle - have been exptremely pleasant and helpful. The beds and towels were very clean and new. It was great to be able to go to the bar at any time for a drink or a snack - they've got a deal: lots of things for a fiver, after a long time on the road this was very convenient. The hotel was easy to locate and it has a big free carpark. A very short drive to the city and the Metro centre, though we didn't go there in the end. Thank you, guys, you are the best!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The shower was a bit shabby - but it's not the staff's fault, the bathroom was as clean as everything else."
