- What did you like the most?
- "Great position close to the castle. We spent a day sightseeing and had no need of the car. We walked down to the city for our evening meal, too and that was easy."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel has building work ongoing that is taking a long time. We saw a review that mentioned it from last year and thought it would be finished but they are a long way off. Meanwhile, some facilities like the beer garden are not available."

- "The spacious room, the balcony in the room, the view, the free internet station and the quirkiness of the hotel"

- "When we arrived we were told breakfast was included. I was pleasantly surprised as it was not stated on our booking. When we checking out a different staff member insisted on charging us for breakfast. We felt misled. The toilet was not clean and some fixtures and furnishings were just not quite right. e.g. dip in the matress."
