- "When we arrived at the Appart Hotel and found we had no reservation we phoned the help line number and spoke to Karmen at the Frankenhof. Her English was very good and she guided us to the Frankenhof, even phoning us to see where we were after we had lost our way. She gave us a nice room, and the breakfasts were superb, recommended good restaurants nearby and gave us helpful info about transport into the city. We feel we were very lucky that Karmen was on duty when we phoned because none of the other receptionists we met could speak any English at all."
