What did you like the most?: "That was the best breakfast layout I have seen in a long time. And also that one evening @ about 5:30p.m. you intrigued us with Red Beans & Rice with a variety of wines. Loved it. You should cherish that staff that you have on board. They were always pleasant and helpful every time we saw them."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I just hate we picked the wrong time of the season but that's how it is sometimes. I found absolutely nothing wrong."

What did you like the most?: "Very central location to everything in New Orleans"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Breakfast was awful. Cold. Staff seemed more interested in getting done than keeping quests supplied with food. Charged more for parking than listed on this website. Room not ready on checkin. Waited 1 hour. Overall staff seemed disinterested in their quests."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hot water kept going out, so I was moved to another room, also the temperature was different in each room. One room was pretty warm but the living room was cold"
