What did you like the most?: "The staff could not speak much English although they were helpful. When the shuttle bus worked it was excellent but as the hotel is up in the hills, the public Sita buses were not really reliable and this did put a damper on our hoiiday. The availability to make a hot drink would have been a fantastic bonus when yu got in late at night but the kitchen was locked in the evenings. It did however have the most wonderful view over the Bay of Naples."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Noisy plumbing pipes that droned on...... Very very steep for anybody of ant age and it actually hurt our legs the next day due to the sheer steepness ofthe path to the hotel"

What did you like the most?: "The location was great for us, out of the town but an easy 20 minute walk down the steps into town. The bus service is fairly frequent and always on time, last bus is 9pm but as long as you're aware it's not a problem."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We stayed in the annexe not the main building and a family live on the 2 floors above. There's very little between your ceiling and their floor so you can hear every footfall from 7am."

What did you like the most?: "Lovely view from the breakfast terrace."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "As our three emails and the response form from the hotel website had been ignored in the weeks before our visit we were not completely surprised to find reception deserted on our arrival. Eventually we found someone who booked us into a small room with a broken wardrobe and a view of a hedge. (We later learned that this was an annexe to the hotel.) We asked him to find the manageress so we could insist on a better room. The "emergency"phone number displayed on the reception desk was not being answered and in the middle of trying to find her he ran off to catch his bus, leaving us in Limbo. Altogether it took us an hour to find the manageress and the large room with decent furniture and sea view we had booked. This was in a separate building 100 yards from our arrival point. The wi-fi was not working here in the main building, and one of the towels in the room was dirty. Over the next few days we met other guests who were also wandering around looking for the staff or for information about local facilities. Neither building had a staffed reception, and there were no leaflets or other information about the area, restaurants etc. There was nowhere to get tea or coffee at the hotel during the day, though there was a mini-bar in our room. Breakfast was scheduled from 8.30 to 10.00 but the croissants were in short supply by 8.35 when we came down. Although the details said we could pay by card we were asked at check-out to pay cash.. This would have meant a 40-minute round trip to the nearest atm, Very disappointing."
