- "The location is great and price is very good for clean stay. Nicely
decorated. I stayed in a 5 star water front hotel and it was dirty and
smelled musty but this hotel was impressively clean. I'd rather have
clean with poor view than dirty and ocean view." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "You have to carry your own luggage up a long flight of stairs. There is no bell boy or door man. But we were lucky that the manager went above and beyond to help us with our bags even though it's definitely not his job. It is still a great place for the price if you are looking to stay in small but clean room."

- "The staff is particularly nice and helpful. The location is great, right
in the city centre, yet the room was quiet. The decoration of the rooms
is imaginative."

- "Good location, near center of town, train and bus stations. There was a
small fridge and 2-burner stovetop, and some dishes in a kitchenette --
an armoire separated the bed from the kitchen area. The reception area
of the main hotel was very modern looking, with white walls, and there
was a computer available for checking emails and searching train
schedules." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were in an annex - a separate building, accessed thru a darkened hallway with a burned-out bulb when we arrived. (After words with reception, the bulb was replaced the next day.) The toilet continued to run water after every flush until one lifted the lid on the tank and jiggled some of the workings. The door did not fit the door frame well, and someone outside the door could see a slice of our room. There was a mystery substance -- mold or food residue -- on the rack in the refrigerator, and the dishes were in a cupboard on the floor. The heating unit was up very high, above the door, and the remote control stopped working so the room got cold. Did not care for the room decor. We were told if there was a problem to just call reception at the main hotel, down the street-- but the phone in the room didn't work and we didn't have cell phones that worked in Italy, so calling would have been difficult. We were told that part of being in the annex meant that services were limited -- like the phone not working and, more importantly, no maid service. So we were not provided with extra/clean towels and if we wanted the bed made we had to make it ourselves. This was not made clear when we booked."
