- "Pleasant staff. Room clean. Lounge area good."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When asked about whether pies on the menu were homemade, waiting staff didn't know. However she did find out but it was too late to change our order. A la Carte menu pricey with high charges for side orders. Jacuzzi out of action - pool area looking rather tired and in need of a paint/repair. however the changing area was clean."

- "The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful and alway willing to accommodate us."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The restaurant and our meal service were a disgraceful disaster. It took 35 minutes to deliver our starters with the restaurant barely a quarter full but the worst part was it took over 45 mins for the wine to arrive we had ordered with our food. Further insult was added when we inquired about the wine when our starters arrived to be told it was just being chilled but when it arrive at the table 10 minutes later both bottles were at room temperature. I have stayed at several ramada hotels over the years and have always been very pleased but this experience was so poor that I feel that this will be the last."

- "Whilst the location was good in that it was somewhat remote at the same time it made it necessary to drive to various centres of interest E.G. Guildford and other tourist locations.Only applicable to non commercial residents."

- "Excellent reception staff, nice bar, looked to be good pool facilitites"

- "Room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant - but I was a late arrival and a very early leaver, so couldn't face the hassle of having to move rooms, so just reported it to reception on checkout"
