What did you like the most?: "Receptionist was excellent, large wedding party booking in, noisey,
pushy,etc. He didn't panic lose control, or let his professional manner
slip. He remained polite at all times."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Wash basin in room took a long time to drain, extraction fan in bathroon didn't work, which turned bathroom into a sauna.(meant to let staff know when booking out but forgot). Saw a couple walk in, ask for a room, they got better price than us who had pr-booked and pre-paid!!"
