- "I found the room very basic for a 5 star and was alittle disappointed with the bathroom. It was very stark and bare. The cost of drinks etc was expensive."

- "One of our rooms wasn't ready at 3 as advised ( we booked two twins) so we all had to get changed/ready for our evening out in one room. When we returned after out night out the key fob for the second room didn't work so my daughter had to go back to reception. Not the most organised service. Staff very apologetic but our one night stay was not as relaxed as it should have been. I would recommend to stay again for location only and nothing else at this time."

- "It was in a perfect location for us as we went to the theatre which was just round the corner. Parking was easy as it was behind the hotel. The room was clean and roomy enough for two and the bed was huge! Overall a brilliant night."
