- "Not much. Only hotel available but still 9 miles from Convention Center."

- "Location was in a run down area. Hotel was very dated. Worn carpet, old decor, cheap furniture, thin walls. Did not feel safe. Checked out after one night there. & flew home a day early from business conference."

- "Broken lampshade, battery holder on the tv remote was gone, bath tab was so far off the floor, I had trouble getting in and my head (I'm 6ft) was only an inch or so from the ceiling, the hair dryer didn't work, the key cards didn't work but were replaced with one that did, the coffee in room wasn't there, empty sack was, the room had two beds but no wash cloth at all and only one towel, not enough coffee containers at breakfast to handle the crowd."

- "It was described as a hotel, but turned out to be a motel. My check in took 30 min. Was given the key to a room that had yet to be cleaned (as in previous occupant's sheets and blankets still in the floor.)"

- "EWhen I checked in, I was issued a room that smelled of mold and mildew. The refrigerater had leaked all on the floor and the carpet was wet. I called to the office and was placed in another room. However, once I was in the room, room service was not very good about bringing extra towels, toilet tissue,etc. They would tell us they didn't have any clean or would bring more and forget and when they when they didnt forget, they would bring a few having me to call each day for more only to go through the same thing. I feel like the rooms were over priced for the condition they were in or missing(I.E. Cracked ceiling, no ironing board). Getting quality service and staying in a quality hotel is important to me. If I am going to spend all of the extra money that covers the hotel, then the services and the room need to be superb."
