- "Very noisy - people coming in late woke us up at 3am then the room next door turned on their tv at 6am and woke us again. Lovely old building but the walls are a bit too thin."

- "The location was great and the staff were superb. They booked tours for us and also allowed me to upgrade to a suite with minimul cost and no effort on my part"

- "The location was perfect and the hotel looked amazing. Our room was huge with two TVs and was very nicely decorated.
The bell hop guy was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Also advised us of a nice place to eat that also had a 10% off voucher for staying at the hotel." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The guy that brought our car round didn't even offer to help me with the bags then stood there expecting a tip... Sorry, but I only tip if I deem it appropriate..."
