- "We didnt like tj Fridays which was next door to the inn.! The Bar had Very Loud Music playing. Could not hear yourself speak. After booking a table for our selves and family members, which we were sorry that we had.!.Food was not that great..a Burger ordered by one of us, when eating, discovered that there was some sort of Plastic film on it.!!. Booked 2 have breakfast in the morning. Well the breakfast was a Complete Shambles. Waited ages for order to be taken. Waited ages for it to be served.(after asking When we would receive our order.) + no bread or crumpets out etc etc..plus coffee was Awful."

- "Value for money. If your a light sleeperyou may get disturbed by trains but on the whole I would recommend as one of the better Premieres."

- "Room was a little too warm as needed to close windows to block train noise...in fairness they had provided a fan."

- "Heating on in corridors during summer.This made the atmosphere in the bedroom stuffy and uncomfortable and the windows only opened a little way so there wasn't enough fresh air. In the evenings TGIFriday is a very noisy place to eat with a large but limited menu.Not really a pleasant place for older people to eat,although the staff were lovely! As we did not have a car we had to go into to town each evening to find somewhere to have dinner and we would bear this in mind when staying in Cheltenham again."
