- "Staff were excellent very polite and helpful. The only downside was the
location. Our event was on at the nec 2 which meant we had to take a
taxi to get to the conference and train station. If the hotel book it
for you it costs five pounds. However if you just take any taxi you will
be ripped off. Our taxi from the nec 2 wanted 8 pounds fifty with some
story about a barrier charge. The staff at the hotel also confirmed that
we had been cheated."

- "Location best suited to the NEC and reasonably priced."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "My wife is physically disabled and we have found on thos occassion and previous occasions there are insufficient disabled parking spaces. On departure I did ask a member of reception staff how many disabled rooms were in the hotel and she was unable to answer this question. Are there more disabled rooms than disabled parking spaces? If I recall correctly there are 13 disabled parking bays."
