- "The staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to assist in every way. I felt sooo welcome. My friend had to cancel one night with short notice and was not charged. We were travelling in the evening but were told that we can check out but stay in the communal areas and use the cooking facilities and the shower for as long as we needed. I did not feel well on the day and could not go sightseeing as I planned and I very much appreciated their generous offer.
The communal and outside spaces were excellent, and they have a small pool to." - Is there anything you didn't like?

- "Hotel staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is very good, you can walk to the main Porto Alegre park and the historical center. I recommend this hostel to my friends visiting the city in a short stay."
