- What did you like the most?
- "Nice restaurant attached and semi-hot water. Some of the staff were nice enough sometimes... and they seemed to good at telling us they were doing things..."

- "I thought this was going to be a beautiful "historic" hotel - it just turned out to be old and dirty. Was put on a smoking floor which was nauseating. Requested on each of my (three) days to move with no luck. TV was not connected - requested service each day and did not get anyone to fix it. Housekeeping did not come by - had to special request a maid on last night to do a quick cleaning while I was there. Additional internet and safe charges even though I did not use it and was not in room rate. Valet took 30+ minutes to call car one time, and 45+ minutes another time - entirely too long to pay $28/night. No fridge. Low pressure water. Carpet came up when door opened. Walls were paper thin and doors slammed. Small, stained bathrm."

- "Most rooms have no Window. Powerplugs in part did not work. Several lights did not work either. Bathroom ceiling with massive stainings of unknown origin, wallpaper coming off. No breakfast, no room service, no minibar. Staff and reception at 19.95 motel level by knowledge and behaviour. Internet is unsecured, shared wireless. Just terrible for 160.- a night. Go somewhere else, if you can, unless all of New Orleans is booked solid."
