What did you like the most?: "Lots of shops and fun restaurants/bars nearby. Right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small breakfast included. Free parking. Clean and very comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The TV volume kept failing (very minor point as we didn't watch it much!)."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Hotel is overall good, but the staff is awful: - we arrived prior to our check in date, and asked for a room. The guy in the front desk told us that we would take a king size room, when we got to the room we found the bed small. we found out in the other day that it was a queen bed. we didn't get any money back; - they charged this first night in our credit card when we clearly said that we wanted to pay cash; - the cleaning lady opened the door of our room at 9:00 am. twice! - we informed the front desk that we were expecting a package. The package arrived and they opened the box. They didn't call us to say it was there. - in the check out, the process was really slow, and we had to go 4 times to the front desk to get everything set. 1) We wanted to pay in advance, in the night before, but they didn't allowed us; 2) in the morning, we came back, but they didn't have change for 20 bucks! The woman in the front desk was very rude (I believe "Dolores" or "Consulelo") and didn't make any effort at all to be helpful; 3) My boyfriend came back w a credit card, but then Dolores said I should also be present, which doesn't make any sense. 4) I had to come down, but at that point we were super late for our flight... Non-staff-related issues: - "continental" breakfast means black coffee and muffins - it is difficult to find parking"

What did you like the most?: "I loved the location and it was a perfect place to be. Everything was
within walking distance, beach, nightlife, food, and shopping!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel should give more information about things to do in the area."

What did you like the most?: "Complety remodeled. Brand new everything. Very clean and quiet. The
shower was beautiful and I loved the hard wood floors."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The breakfast was pathetic they really need to fix it or just stop telling people they serve breakfast they just had nasty muffins and cheap orange juice. Also they need a pool and hot tub like most other hotels in area."
