- "I have to change room twice. First, tv set doesn't work, and the second, the air-condioning machine doesn't work. I think that a hotel specialized in events should provide free internet facility."

service of staff was excellent throughtout... Very polite and service
minded. Good location as the hotel are close to the large Minas shopping
area and also only 30minutes form Confins International Airport and next
to Pamphula Reginal Airport." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room could have been of better design, quality, and size for that price. So could the gym and leisure areas. I don't think the hotel is worth 5 stars, but how much more or better can you get in this area?"
