- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "As my partner had been awake 28 hours when we arrived at 0930 it was a bit of a pain that we could not check in before 1400. However, the staff were very helpful, gave us a free coffee, looked after our luggage and did let us check in at 1345. A bit of flexibility would have been nice. The shower was rubbish! But please keep in context - these are minor things far outweighed by the overall experience."

appear in about 5 minutes, considering the size of the dining room and
that it was full is was amazing. The staff were attentive, friendly
