- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No reception area and unclear how to get in the building. I use booking.com regularly and promote it through where I work also but this experience was very poor. We waited for 2 hours in the snow outside what we had been told by a nearby hotel was Medlock apartments (not even a name on the building) after trying to call there contact number and the emergency one I had no response and called booking.com where the person gave me a different address. We walked 15 minutes to where she had told us to then find that this was wrong and it was the original place we had gone to. We waited a further half an hour here and eventually managed to get through to a man who opened the doors, gave us a key and left. No hot water"

- "Very central and nice apartment - fairly quiet just off the busy streets"

- "Could not find it - and was not give telephone numbers to ring, their office was closed - in the end a gentleman rang us and came and got us"
