- What did you like the most?
- "The appartment was seperate with its own kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Access was through your own door. Parking was easy. The young man that met us initially was extremely helpful and polite and could not do enough for us. They were flexible with our arrival time."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "You had to go to the private house at the front and knock on the door each time you needed the staff and then walk round the block to the back. It was a different member of the family that greeted us each time so you had to explain who you were each time with differing degrees of language barrier issues. Only 1 towel was provided at first, and the 2nd towel I was given was filthy. The room was not clean and smelt heavily of air freshener. It was tired and in need of updating with a complete mis match of furniture. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet did not stop flushing and refilling 24/7! The telly was broken but it was replaced for our 2nd night. Everything in the kitchen needed washing before use. The freezer desperately needed defrosting and the floors needed properly cleaning. You could not walk round in bare feet."

- "The location."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The picture you see on the web site is NOT where you will be staying. The picture is the main house, which the family lives in. You will be staying in an annex at the back of the property. And it is NOTHING like the picture of the main house suggests. Parking is limited, the room (at least this was the case with my room) was extremely cold and smelt of damp. The communal hall area wreaked, of what I am not sure, but it was not at all pleasant. All in all, this place was extremely over-priced for what you get. I have stayed in several places in Cheltenham over the last 3 months and this place is, by far and away, the worst value for money I have come across."
