What did you like the most?: "Good location to shopping and beach"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Rooms small, small pool area compared to other Loews. No real beach area for lounging. Needs another restaurant option in the morning for breakfast. Uncomfortable pool lounge chairs, needs cushions like other locations offer. The balcony advertised was little more than a ledge. There was construction going on around pool and I feel that should have been pointed out when reservations were made. &Quot; fire-pits" were small and had reserved??? Signs on them in the am with doggie bowls on them....."

What did you like the most?: "The location is stunning and the hotel staff are very obliging. Rooms
are average in size and quality for this price band."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There is no self parking option here - all valet parking. The charge for this is $36.30 per day. This charge was not intimated at any point up to check out. For us this added over $100 to our bill. Major renovations were being carried out with scaffolding around the hotel and pool making it unpleasant to use while we were there. The guest room internet charge. Why do hotels do this?"
