- "The young girl who checked us in was polite but disinterested, striding off towards our room location and rattling off the information even though we were a distance behind her lugging our suitcases. Too many steps!"

- What did you like the most?
- "Charming hotel with well designed rooms. Bar/cafe in hotel available to guests until 21:00, an excellent option given many places close in Arles at 19:00. Parking garage was located about a 5 minute walk from hotel, but staff helped us park the car, and provided a map showing where it was located for ease of access the later."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Electronic bird sounds in bar/cafe area needs to go. It takes away from the overall charm and ambience of the hotel."

- "Centre of town and near the theatre, Lots of shops around"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Parking 7 minutes walk away BUT unable to use entrance ticket to get out. Spent 45 minutes to get out. No one answered the red alarm button. Called hotel, they could not help. Eventually an attendant answered and I had to beg him to let me out. This cost me an extra day's payment to the rental company. I also paid Euros 8.0 to park."
