Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check?out service is until 18:00.
Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue.

- "I dont think there was any. Ok, perhaps internet was not so good at the room, and I had to go to the central lobby part."

- What did you like the most?
- "A lot of activities for kids/teenagers, so ideal for families with
children (which makes the place less so attractive for young couples or
couples seeking quiet vacation). Several pools, also for kids. Close-by
from Arles (5-10 mins drive to the city center) & 5 mins drive to the
commercial center with supermarkets (Casino, Aldi)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Facilities were clean when we checked-in, but although we were supposed to get the cleaning service (because we stayed longer than a week), the idea of "cleaning" was just changing the bed sheets & supplying fresh towels (not vacuum-cleaning of the floor/cleaning of toilet/bathroom). Furniture is quite out of date (with exception of fridge, dish washing machine & microwave which were adequate), although nothing was broken. Mosquitoes!!! A lot of mosquitoes in the evenings!!! To the point that one cannot open the windows, walk or let alone sit outside without a lot of repellent, so make sure to take enough repellent with you."

- "The pool."

- "If your first language is english don't bother going. Not only were the staff rude to us and made sure to sort out everyone else before us but also lied and ended up costing us a lot more money than we intended to spend. There are 4 buses a day into the city centre everyday which you book an hour in advance. On more than 4 times we did so and yet the buses weren't coming. Eventually we found out that although we had been booking the buses the reception were not contacting the bus service. this resulted in our group having to phone at least 2 taxi's a day which came to 20 euro each time. Every time we went to reception we would be ignored until there was absolutely no one else in the lobby. we were told not to smoke near the pool and we understand for health and safety this is necessary however, staff were smoking in front of us. We were treated horribly and only because we spoke English. I do not advise anyone to go to this residence."

- What did you like the most?
- "We chose this hotel as our base to visit Provence with our children. The residence is well situated for this purpose - 5 min by car to Arles, quite close to Avignon, Camargue, about 35 km to beaches, about one hour to Marseilles etc. Our plan was to travel around, do some hikes and city walks, bike, spend some time at the beach and for this purpose this is a perfectly situated hotel. We enjoyed the trips very much."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel was built in 1970 and you notice this immediately. It is very shabby and the staff does not seem to care too much. Some examples: bathroom was very dirty when we arrived, cutlery had to be washed thoroughly before first meal. One wall plug was loosened and hanging down the wall. The cooker smelled terribly when used at full power (it smelled like some cable melting, maybe it was touching something inside). We speak no French and the staff even at the reception spoke very poor English but this is something you expect in (southern) France. Last but not least our credit card was charged twice (!) when we made the booking meaning we paid two times more then what was advertised at booking.com and had to wait about a week for reimbursement. The funny thing is that none of these two payments was as it should have been, we in fact paid 30 Euro cents more. Sounds funny, obviously this means nothing, but it says something about the professionalism of the staff too."
