Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. Bathroom sink in the room had backed up sewerage when we came into the room. The staff did clean it up and there were no other problems, but not a good way to get repeat business. 2. Valt Service. At approx. 11:30 PM, my wife and I needed our car to pick up our son at a concert. When we went to the Valet Desk to claim our car, the attendent took our information and instructed 'Chris' to retreieve our car. As my wife and I were walking back into the lobby, Chris stated loudly where my wife, me and the attendent could hear. He made the following comment out loud "Where the hell are they going this time of night, fuck this shit!" as he walked by. I walked back to the attendent at the desk and asked her if she heard the comment, she said she did and would address it with him later. I left a written complaint at the hotel desk for the manager. I left my number and have not been contacted at all. We make frequent trips to New Orleans and I travel extensively on business. These incidents definitly will cause me to find other hotel providers besides LaQuinta."
