What did you like the most?: "Location is good, and rooms are really big."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Desperately needs a management : there is no reception at all ( it is not an apparthotel but just appartments in a building ) and nobody to refer to if there is a problem. No shampoo, no bathgel, no soap in the bathrooms ( boring when you notice that in the morning) and no hairdryer ! The fact that there is no reception obliges you to give your credit card number and security number on a sheet of paper to the girl who handles the key. No receipt is given and you need to go on the website of the hotel afterwards to get what hardly looks like a bill : you don't see anybody when you leave and just drop the key in a mailbox.Definitely a bad solution if you're on a business trip."

What did you like the most?: "We were actually moved to the sister hotel at Merchant Quarters, which, although it was going through exterior reburishment was lovely inside. Unfortunately there were leaks at the windows, but the staff were very helpful in this regard. We would stay again as it was a great location to explore Liverpool."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Not very well sign posted to find the hotel - it is round that back of Malmasion"

What did you like the most?: "Apartment was gorgeous however we booked the penthouse for 8 people as there was 7 of us and they got our booking mixed up and put us in the 6 person 1 so luckily there was a kingsize bed to fit 3 of us in. But apart from that had a lovely stay ."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Just that we were in wrong apartment. It wasn't really big enough for us all to sleep."
