- "Towel rental??? There were free towels on the beds in our 2 bed private but not in the 4 bed private... what's with that? The elevator sounded well-dodgy too..."

- "Not clean - rather run down, old carpets and curtains, paint peeling from walls and worse green mould in bathroom"

- "The reception kept waiting for long time till he finished his long silly phone call(10 minutes at least). No apologies offered just sheer rudeness. The room run down, need complete redecoration. The beds are very close"
