- "They did not have my 2 rooms that I booked reserved. The reservation was lost. The hotel was not that close to the Convention Center as portrayed. In the Fitness Center, as a staff was cleaning the facility, there were 2 boys under 16 playing on all machines. Even though they were with an adult, the staff never said a word to them -- very distracting."
